Fáiltímid roimis triúr des na ceoltóirí is cumasaí atá sa traidisiún inniu ar an Aoine 12ú Aibreán. Ag teacht chughainn ó Chontae an Chláir, beidh Yvonne Casey, Dermot Byrne agus Eoin O’Neill le ceol binn inspioráideach.

We welcome three of the Irish traditional music’s most distinctive and renowned musicians on the 12th April. Yvonne Casey, Dermot Byrne and Eoin O’Neill will join us from County Clare with what will be a beautiful concert of sweet and inspiring music.

Yvonne Casey is one of County Clare’s most distinctive fiddle players. She recorded two albums with The Céilí Bandits and has recently released her second solo album ‘Croí’ last year, an album which contains many of her own compositions.
Dermot Byrne is one of Ireland’s most revered accordion players. A long-time member of Altan until quite recently, Dermot has performed, toured and recorded extensively with the group as well as with the likes of Donal Lunny, Steve Cooney and Stefan Grapelli. He performs with Frankie Gavin and Paddy Keenan as KGB and was awarded the prestigious Gradam Ceoil Traditional Musician of the Year award in 2013.
Eoin O’Neill has been an integral part of the traditional music landscape in county Clare since moving there from Dublin 30 years ago. He is a member of the group ‘The Fiddle Case’ and has performed the likes of Sharon Shannon, Mary Custy, Martin Hayes, Christy Moore and Luka Bloom and is a stalwart of the Clare session scene. Eoin is also a very popular broadcaster with Clare FM.
